You can pick up a free August prayer calendar at Riverside this Sunday! It may not solve all your scheduling struggles, but it can help you make time with your Father. Take the calendar and put it on your fridge, with your Bible, by your bed, but not in the recycling bin! Use it to prompt your prayers for your Riverside family and God’s people everywhere. And if you can’t wait until Sunday to get a copy, you can download one right now. See the attached….

Women’s Fall Retreat 2011
We’re heading to Camp Tecumseh Leadership Center September 16-18 (Friday through Sunday) for our women’s retreat. We’ve added an extra day and can’t wait to make good use of it. Come relax your body, refresh your mind and reinvigorate your spiritual walk.
Guatemala Mission Trip, June 3-9, 2012
Next summer Riverside will be taking a trip to Guatemala to build a house for an impoverished family. Please prayerfully consider joining with us for this amazing opportunity to serve the poor in the name of Jesus. We will mix and pour a concrete slab, frame walls, hang drywall, install the electrical, set windows, and finish a roof all in less than a week! No prior construction experience is required and there are jobs for everyone regardless of your skill level. Seventy-seven percent of Guatemalans live in poverty and many of the families live off of less than $10 a week. The trip cost is approximately $1500 which includes travel, food, lodging, and a passport (if you don’t already have one). If you have questions please contact Dan Teefey at [email protected]
