The Men’s Ministry at Riverside Covenant Church is an intentional community of men dedicated to authentic Christian living in fellowship with one another. The Men’s Ministry meets regularly to study the Bible, Christian books or simply to have fun. Most of the men’s events are informal in nature and designed to stimulate conversations on spiritual matters and to help men live lives dedicated to God.

Winter/Spring 2011 Bible Study
Thursday, October 6th, 2011The Men's Bible studies will begin examining the Book of Exodus together the week of September 26. Riverside has two identical men's Bible studies that run weekly throughout the year: Monday evenings at 7pm and Thursday mornings at 6:30am. Both studies are at Riverside's main building.
There is no study guide or book to purchase. We simply use our Bibles for the study. If you don't have a Bible, we will give you one. Each week we begin with prayer and then read the Bible passage together. We then discuss the passage's meaning and applicability to our lives. After approximately 1.5 hours, we end with a closing prayer.
Everyone is welcome regardless of your experience with the Bible. Join us at any time or every week. The schedule for the Book of Exodus study is below.

Men's Carnivore Steak Night

The Men's Ministry will be hosting a "Carnivore Steak Night" on October 1st at 6:00 p.m. We will be grilling steaks and baking potatoes. The cost is $10 per person. Please invite friends or family to enjoy some food and man banter. The dinner will be held in the Brennan's back yard (weather permitting) at 3261 Dover Lane, Lafayette, IN 47909. Please sign up in the back of the sanctuary if you plan to attend so we know how much meat to order. If you have any questions, contact Zach Brennan (765.532.2923) or Phillip Cardella (206.617.0027).
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Riverside's building.
Men's Golf Outing 2011

Men join us on August 27th at 9AM for a shotgun start at Harrison Hills Country Club in Attica. The cost is $35 for 18 holes of golf, cart, and lunch afterwards. We will have prizes for longest drive and closest to the pin on specific holes. We encourage the men of Riverside to invite friends and family to enjoy a great day of golf.
