Jubilee Christmas is scheduled for Saturday, December 12th at Riverside’s building. Through this year’s Jubilee Christmas we have 20 children we are buying gifts for. During their scheduled pick up time, families will be able to come to the building to pick up the gifts for their children and take home gift wrap, grocery gift cards, gift cards for teens, and a bucket of hygiene products. Because of Covid19, we are limiting the number of people helping with the event.
You can go here to sign up to purchase a toy or toys for individual children or to purchase a throw blanket or board game for the family. Please note that this year we are asking for more specific items as families will not be getting to “shop” for the toys themselves, but rather just picking up the items that are gathered and ready to hand out.
All items are due back to Riverside by Sunday, December 6th. IT IS IMPORTANT that you include the gender, age and initial that appear on the sign ON the gift when you drop off at the Riverside building. You can place gifts in the container on the front porch of the church building, or drop off on Monday (10-3) when Babby is in the office. Take to the back door basement entrance and knock.
If you would like to donate financially to help in purchasing the grocery gift cards and gift cards for the teens, please make out a check to Riverside Covenant Church and put “Jubilee Christmas” in the memo and mail to 1850 Woodland Ave, West Lafayette, IN, 47906 OR donate online being sure to add “Jubilee Christmas” in the desciption.
