Riverside Covenant Family and Friends,
We—the Leadership Team and Pastor Ralph—are writing to share that Pastor Ralph has tendered his resignation.
Throughout the past six weeks we have discussed together the future of Riverside and have decided, together, that a pastoral change would serve Riverside best at this time. This decision was arrived at not as a result of misconduct or moral failure of any kind, but through mutual conversations of discernment and prayer.
Pastor Ralph’s last Sunday will be November 24th.
During the next several weeks, the Leadership Team and Pastor Ralph will work together with our Staff in developing a smooth transition plan, with guidance from our Covenant Conference Leadership.
As we begin this new journey together, we ask you to join us in prayer for these things:
• Pastor Ralph and Teresa as the Lord leads them in this next season of life and ministry
• The Leadership Team and the Covenant Conference Leadership as we faithfully discern the Lord’s continued plans and purposes for Riverside Covenant Church
• The Staff Team as they enter this transition period
• Our Riverside church family as we join together in seeking and pursuing God’s “good, pleasing, and perfect will” for our congregation
We invite you to join us for a farewell gathering for Pastor Ralph and Teresa after the 10:45 a.m. service on Sunday, November 24th. More details will follow in the coming weeks.
In Christ’s Love,
Pastor Ralph Moller and Riverside Leadership Team ([email protected])
