Upgrade Your Network

Often it feels that God is silent in our lives and that God may not even be listening. The reality is that we have not surrounded ourselves with the tools needed to adequately hear from God. We have a bad network. If we are to consistently hear the voice of God prompting us then we must understand how God has communicated with people throughout history by studying the Bible, we must spend time conversing with God through prayer, and we must devote ourselves to being authentic amongst a Christian community of friends that will help us to discern God’s communication with us.

The below video is a video that I put together several years ago when I was doing youth ministry to help the students understand that true communication with God is the most reliable of all communication. Even though we may feel far from God at times . . . God never moves. God is always present. God is still speaking. We must simply learn how to listen better.
