Take a break from life’s busyness, and join us for a morning of stillness with Simone Yeomans of SY-Your Stillness. She’ll lead us in a time of meditation, rest, and stillness.
Dress comfortably and bring anything you’d like to feel comfortable: yoga mat, towel, blanket, cushion (we’ll have chairs set up, too.)
