The most comprehensive way to find volunteer opportunities in Tippecanoe County is through the United Way’s searchable database of current volunteer opportunities.  

Another vital resource in our community is the Lafayette Crisis Center hotline. You can dial 2-1-1 or 765.423.2255 to access the 24-hour free and confidential information and referral hotline for Tippecanoe County. The trained volunteers on the line will be able to help you locate area non-profit organizations, community services and support groups.  This number can also be used as a resource for suicide prevention and sexual abuse help.

Riverside’s monthly prayer calendar is intended to spur on adults and children alike in their prayer lives.  Each day’s requests are biblically based and are for all sorts of people—those who need to know Jesus as well as the “saints.”  There are prayer requests for personal spiritual growth, our families, our own church, community, and nation, to around the world.  So use the attached calendar as a tool to grow yourself, train your children and bless many people.

Use Riverside’s monthly prayer calendar as a jumping off point in communication with our Lord.  We know God wants us to pray to Him, and we know we should pray more, so let the prayer calendar help you.  From prayers for personal spiritual growth to praying to others in our church, community, nation and around the world, the calendar will be a good start in communicating with God.  It’s also a great tool to facilitate prayer with your children.  We even have 2 year olds who use it!  Just print it out and get started yourself.

Soar with us into SKY Vacation Bible School where everything is possible with God!  We’re shooting for the stars for 100 kids at our very own VBS!!  We are so excited for our kids and for you all to help us!!  We need all sorts of help!  Most of all Crew Leaders!  What is a crew leader?  A crew leader is in charge of 5-7 kids and leads them from station to station with no direct teaching responsibility.  The groups will be a mix of ages which will be more fun for everyone excepts for our little tots they will stick together.  Sign up at the back of the church on Sunday to help or contact the office (office@rcovenant.org or 765.463.4600).  Stay Tuned for a big VBS promotion Sunday to register in person on Sunday, June 24th!
