A church work day is planned for Sunday, October 26th, right after church with lunch provided.
There will be a variety of tasks planned for all skill and physical ability levels. Some of the possible tasks include:
- Cleaning out the garage
- Replacing the top hand railing of ramp
- Restaining the rest of the railing
- Deep cleaning inside church spaces (e.g.-windows, blinds, kitchen, dusting up after bathroom remodel)
- Leaf clean up and flower beds readied for winter
These work days really are a part of our mission of living Life Together. We are living life together with each other as we work alongside each other to serve the church and develop relationships. We are living life together with our neighbor as we try to keep our facility looking nice as part of the neighborhood. So plan to wear your work clothes to church that day and be ready to lend a hand as “many hands make light work”, and it’s a great way to get to know each other better!
