It’s time to visit our brothers and sisters in Christ in Cangahua, Ecuador again! We would love for you to join our team as we continue to build our long-term partnership with the Good Pastor Evangelical Covenant Church in Cangahua.
The team will leave on Sunday, June 12 and return on Saturday, June 18, 2016. Our preliminary plans include construction, teaching at a local school, visiting a Compassion International site, helping the local church with VBS, medical work, and connecting with several local churches. We will tailor what we do to our team’s unique gifts and skills..
Sitting on the equator, Ecuador is located on the northern Pacific coast of South America. Ecuador shares a border with Colombia to the north and Peru to the south and east. Ecuador is one of the poorest countries in Latin America. 61% of Ecuadorian children live in poverty.
