This week Pastor Corey shared our new communication covenant, that was jointly crafted and adopted by both the Leadership Team and the Staff.
This document reflects our commitment, as a community of faith, to intentionally communicate and navigate conflict in the healthiest way possible. We do so, because as people reconciled to God by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, we believe that we are called to live together, treat one another, and respond to conflict in ways that are remarkably different from the ways the world does the same.
