“For the past few years I’ve felt a nudge to do something more active.  I coached tennis until 5 years ago when I made the decision to stay home with my family more often instead of chasing wins and losses.  I’ve played basketball, softball, hockey, tennis, and now I can add running to that list.  This is quite the surprise for me because I’ve never enjoyed just running… and I still don’t.”
