Operation Elim is off to a great start this Sunday.  The first part of the goal of providing each family in Elim with a care package for Easter was a sucess with more people signing up than we had families.

This weekend Trinity Mission hosted their annual "Taste and See"
Festival. This is the second year Riverside has participated. The
purpose of the festival is for area churches to come together to spread
a little love to the surrounding Lafayette Community. The Festival is

Just a reminder to everyone that it is prime shopping for Operation Christmas Child. All those back to school sales. You might be tempted to think "it’s too early to think about Christmas", but Operation Christmas Child is really over before Thanksgiving. It seems to sneak up on us every year. So start getting it ready now. Whatever you get has to fit into a shoe box.
